Questions from companies

Is my investors’ data separate from other companies?

Yes. Every company’s accounts, KYC documents, projects and transactions are isolated. An investor account exists only on the company platform where it was created.

What address will my platform have?

Your platform lives at this site followed by the address you choose, for example /your-company. The investor API is available at /api/v1/your-company.

How are investor payments collected?

The platform integrates through a payment-gateway interface. This deployment uses a simulated gateway for demonstration; a licensed provider is connected before taking real money.

Does FRACTA hold the regulatory licences?

No. FRACTA is software. Your company is responsible for the licences and approvals required to offer investments in its jurisdiction.

What happens if I don’t pay after the trial?

You get a 7-day grace period. After that the investor site is paused until the subscription is paid; your data is kept.
